There’s something special about our corner of the world that nurtures the best darn vegetables. Perhaps it’s the loamy soil that once lay at the bottom of Lake Erie or the microclimate here along the shallowest of the Great Lakes. Or maybe it’s the wisdom of our team to plant the best seeds and get out of nature’s way. On their own, these reasons may not produce such delicious results, but it’s the combination of everything we do at The Chef’s Garden that puts the panache in spinache!
